Grounding Ourselves With Nature

Walking is a low-impact exercise that needs no equipment and can  usually be done at your own pace and timing. When taking a walk, you can  appreciate the beauty around you. It can also help you to keep in good  health while also helping you to take in nature.


Walking is one of  the simplest forms of exercise and one that the majority of people can  do. And the best part is that exercise has more than just physical  benefits. Many mental and emotional benefits come along with it as well.  


A 30-minute walk a day improves cardiac health, reduces excess body  fat, prevents weight gain, strengthens bones, reduces the risk for  cancer or type 2 diabetes, and so on. It is a perfect physical activity  for people who are overweight, elderly or haven’t exercised in a long  time.
